For cancellations please cancel at least 24-48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations done after 24-48 hour period and no show appointments will be charged 20% of the service fee to the card on file. Deposits are non refundable and non transferable unless the cancelation is on my fault. You have a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes there will be a $15 late fee, after 15 minutes your appointment will have to be canceled and you will be charged the 20% cancellation fee to the card on file.
